Theme Requirements
To use this theme you must be running WordPress 5.0 or higher, PHP 5.6 or higher. If you use hosting with limited resources (for example GoDaddy and other lowcost shared hosting providers), you may experience issues with one-click demo data installation feature.
We recommend you to contact your web hosting service provider to make sure that your server PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 900
max_input_time 900
memory_limit (up to) 256M or 512M
post_max_size 256M
upload_max_filesize 256M
If you are running unmanaged dedicated server or VPS, you should check your php.ini file. Alternatively, you can edit .htaccess file in the root of your website and add the following values:
php_value max_execution_time 900
php_value max_input_time 900
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value post_max_size 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 256M
Setting these values will ensure you will not get error messages during the installation. To safeguard your website, please use secure passwords and the latest version of WordPress and plugins.

After the theme is installed successfully you will get following message about installation of required and recommended plugins:

Gyan Addons - Native essential set of all Bizix's features, functions and elements

Meta Box - Page and post options with meta boxes
Recommended Plugins
The suggested recommended plugins are essential to provide the core functionality the theme relies on and/or to ease out the process of editing your website pages. You can still use the theme without these plugins, however, its functionality and your user experience would be limited.
One Click Demo Import - Import your content, widgets and theme settings with one click

Contact Form 7 - Manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup.
Check all plugins, select Install and click on Apply.

4. One-Click Demo Import
Bizix theme comes with a one-click demo import feature. It will allow you to install the demo site data in a single click and save your time as you won’t have to build your website from scratch. You'll be able to delete everything at any time and only keep what you need.
Before importing the demo content ensure that you have Installed and Activated all the mandatory plugins. It is recommended to install the theme demo content into an empty, fresh WordPress site only. Otherwise it might mess up your existing content!
- Navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Panel > Import Demo Data
- Click on Import Demo Data button.
- Click on Continue & Import button.
Please wait while demo data is being copied from our server to your site. It may take a while and depends significantly upon Internet connection speed between your website and our server. Please wait patiently and do not refresh/leave the page.
Demo Images and Other media
Please note that demo data sets which come with our themes use both free and paid stock images from a variety of sources. These images and videos are not included with your purchase, and you are required to buy a license for any "PAID" image or video if you wish to use them. Also, please note that even free images can't often be used for commercial purposes. Always make sure you read the details of each resource to fully understand the license it comes with.
Demo content import issues
Please note that there might occur some connection issues when downloading demo attachments (media files) from demo content servers during the demo content import process.
These, however, are just demo attachments (images, videos, audio files) and you are perfectly fine (actually, you should) replacing them with your own assets.
Other demo content (posts, pages and custom posts content) will be imported without any issues.
In 99.9% it works fine, but if something went wrong and data was not imported, please repeat the procedure described above. The system will find the last item imported successfully and you will be able to continue the import.
See the plugin documentation for more details:
https://ocdi.com/import-issues/
5. Child Theme
If you want to make changes to the theme's files and functions, we strongly recommend installing a child theme. This ensures that your theme customizations stay in place after the theme update. A child theme lets you modify a parent theme as much (or as little) as you want.
Here’s how you install a child theme:
Step 1: From WordPress left menu, go to Dashboard Appearance Themes
Step 2: Click on Add New Theme.
Step 3: Click on Upload Theme button.
Step 4: Click on Choose File button and select bizix-child-theme.zip file, then click on Install Now button and wait for the install to complete.
Step 5: After the child theme installed successfully, click on the Activate button.
For further reference about the child themes, please read the WordPress documentation located at http://codex.wordpress.org.

Contact Form 7 Issues
We cannot help to much if you have errors with Contact Form 7 or any other contact form plugins. Possible issues are not theme related but something deal with the server. We invite you to search on Google for similar issues and you can find that all the issue resolutions point to the server errors or configuration error of the plugin itself.
If your website hosting company tell you that the problem is in the theme then you can test contact form with default WordPress theme. If default WordPress theme has the same issue then they can not tell that popular Contact Form plugin doesn't work with default WordPress theme. Please note that in Bizix we only apply a few CSS rules to beautify the visual aspect of the form fields, nothing that can interfere with the functionalities.
You can refer Contact Form 7 official site troubleshooting tutorials or contact your host:
Error Message: Sender email address does not belong to the site domain
This type of error is seen in the From field within the Mail tab when the field value is a valid mailbox, but the email address doesn’t belong to the same domain as the web site.
For example, if a mail had “your-name@yahoo.com” in the From field, but was actually sent from your web server (it’s not yahoo.com), it would be highly possible that relaying mail servers consider it as a spoofed address. If you use an email address in the same domain as the site, you can reduce the risk of being treated like that.
Contact form going to SPAM
There is nothing on our side that can control which email gets flagged as spam. That is up to your mail service and your domain reputation to that spam filter, but you can give SMTP plugin a try.
Emails arrive late
There is not much we can help you with, as it is the mail server that handles outgoing emails. Please contact your host to resolve third party issues.
My contact form is not sending emails
You can try below troubleshooting tips before asking in the support forum.
- Double check that the e-mail address you’re using does not have any typos.
- Check your spam folder in your e-mail client. If possible, try with another email address which is not linked to a private domain. For example Gmail or Yahoo.
- Deactivate all plugins which are not included and recommended by theme and try again.
- Ask your hosting company to enable PHP mail()
- If your hosting provider requires you to use SMTP then you can setup the WP SMTP plugin to have WordPress use SMTP instead of PHP mail. You will need to grab the SMTP server information from your hosting provider.
- Prepare a real “WordPress” email address:
It is recommended you prepare a real wordpress@{your-site-domain} address on your host. Because the default mail template of Contact Form 7 uses this address in its From field, someone might try to send mail to this address. Some hosts also block outgoing mail from this address if it doesn’t exist. ... Read more

Slider Activation Message
The purchase code you got while purchasing theme is valid only for this theme! Not the included plugins.
We have purchased extended licenses for Slider Revolution. This means it can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use it, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.
The only restriction of this type of license is that you can not update it on your own terms. You have to wait until there is a release of theme with plugins updated as well.
This limitation is added by Revolution Slider plugin author so we can’t change it but from our experience almost 99% of its features are available only some features which is optional like auto update, sample slider template.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.
Plugin License
When you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles Revolution Slider, you are free to use this Premium plugin with the theme.
However, your Bizix purchase does not give you an individual Revolution Slider license that allows you to activate or download this plugin as you wish. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates. Please don’t worry if you see warning messages about the plugin license activation.
You can use this plugin with the Bizix theme, and you are fully compliant with the Envato’s policy, but you cannot activate them as the owner (so don’t try to use the Bizix purchase code to activate Slider Revolution plugin).
According to Envato’s licensing rules, new plugin updates can only be issued when we issue new theme updates. Anytime Bizix is updated, the latest plugin version for Revolution Slider will be included for free, so you don’t need to buy your own license to properly work with the plugin.
These rules ensure we will fully test plugins to make certain there are no bugs that will conflict with our own update. We also fully test new theme versions before releasing them to our customers.
